Shadows of the Past

Ye olde wise alchemist in his surge for power found himself held back by all his done deeds: good as evil as neither of both.

The solution he sought: to rid himself from all that made him human and transcend.

But soon after, he found himself thrown into a world of nothingness: Only shapes and colors remained and the unspeakable horror of slowly losing oneself.

Will he make it in time to retrieve what he has parted with?
